About Elizabeth

Hi Families! I am teacher certified with my bachelor's in elementary and special education. I have been virtually and in person since the height of COVID in 2021. I am also Orton Gillingham trained (Science of Reading). Here is my experience working with students: -Previously a 1st grade teacher and now working as a substitute teacher ranging from grades K-6 -Privately working with learners ages ranging from 4-12 -In person (homes/libraries) and virtually via Zoom -Teaching reading using the Science of Reading approach -Additonal subjects such as writing, math, science, art, and building confidence as a learner -Fun and engaging project based activities that align with skills we are learning My services extend to constant communication throughout the week, communicating with teachers, and providing with goals and resources we will track together.
