About Elizabeth

I am a child care professional with 9 years of experience in childcare and home management. Over the past nine years, I've worked as a nanny, overnight sitter, and family assistant, caring for children of varying ages. I've learned to personalize care to the needs of both children and parents in supporting their daily routines. I've always prioritized using parent-preferred communication and care practices. In addition to childcare, I also have experience in home management. I'm a fan of simplifying spaces, and systemizing routines to make life easier for families. I enjoy finding a sense of routine that parents, children, and I are comfortable with. I believe most things can be planned, and children are comforted by structure. I also believe they love surprises, and when the adults in their lives make space for them to be themselves. I try to strive for a healthy balance of both.
