Hello! I am Elizabeth, but everyone calls me Ellie (or Miss Ellie)! I am an enthusiastic educator who believes in building a kinder world. My passion is for nurturing human connections and using my skills to help others. I especially love spending time with the kids in my life who give me hope for the future! After 5 years of being an English teacher to all ages in Indonesia and 6th graders in Florida, I eventually decided that the classroom environment wasn't the right fit for me. My family photography business carried me through a career change as I became certified as a Florida Master Naturalist through UF and ultimately found myself thriving in environmental education roles at state parks, nature centers, and beyond. Much of my environmental education work is seasonal or part-time, so I enjoy taking on care work jobs as time permits!
