About Elizabeth

I'd describe my personality as qualified, dependable, and empathetic I like caring for seniors because it allows me to make a meaningful difference in their lives to support maintaining their dignity and independence. I'm looking for a job that allows me to leverage my nursing skills, offers flexibility to balance my other responsibilities, and has impact in the lives of seniors. I started caring for seniors when I became a RN in 2001. More recently I have become the health advocate for my elderly parents of 84 and 80. From delivering meals, filling pill boxes, and transportation- the need for assistance for our seniors is significant. In my spare time I snuggle with my dog and experiment with my wild DIY ideas. One thing you should know about me is that group decision making is paramount. I suggest routine communication with family members and ad hoc. My skills include empathy, competency, and advocacy for the senior within the healthcare system.
