In my spare time, I like to create art with paints, resin, and mixed media.. I find it to be therapeutic and relaxing. I am sincere, empathetic and compassionate. Reading short stories aloud and discussing topic afterwards if appropriate. Chair yoga is great for stretching and to learn healthy breathing techniques while strengthening upper and lower body. Card and board games are a fun way to exercise the mind.
