Hello, my name is Elizabeth and I have been nannying/working in childcare since 2007. I have worked with all age groups, from infants to grade school. I have also worked with children with special needs, individually and in a group. I have my NC Early Childhood Credentials, CPR/First Aid certificate, and my SIDS certification. I keep copies of all my training in a portfolio I can bring along as well, including a copy of my background check/fingerprints/references. I'm great at multitasking, very adaptable, but I do like to maintain a good schedule with the children in my care, routine is super important for children, it makes them feel safe and brings them a lot of comfort. And, I'm very creative. I like to have different weekly themes and read books, do crafts and activities and teach children songs to accompany those themes.
