As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, I've dedicated the past three years to enriching the lives of children. My journey began with fulfilling babysitting roles, currently I'm a Registered Behavior Technician, working with children with autism. I'm drawn to this profession because I believe in supporting families and providing reliable care that allows children to thrive. My approach to childcare is rooted in patience and understanding, combined with a creative spirit that fuels imaginative activities and educational games. I prioritize open and consistent communication with parents, ensuring that they are regularly updated about their child's day and any matters that arise. I believe in respecting household rules and routines while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. My educational background includes currently enrolled in a graduate school, FIT, and I've diligently completed First Aid and CPR training to ensure the safety of the children in my care.
