Elizabethbis was great with my special education students when she was an aide in my classroom. She talks to them like regular children. She is kind and caring. She is always aware of their needs and can communicate with them on their level and in a way they understand. She was great to work with. She follows instructions and looks for extra things to do around the room. I would hire her any time to work in my class or as a babysitter or nanny to .y personal kids, if I had any young enough to need it.
