I have been operating a small reputable pet/house sitting business for almost 10 years. The economy has slowed down and as I had specialized in geriatric animals, a few of my best clients four footed family members have "gone to greener pastures". I have also been a limo and school bus driver with my class-B CDL CT state license for years. This means I have passed all of the state, federal and FBI background and fingerprint checks. I enjoy seniors and bring my pets to nursing homes and hospices to provide pet therapy for ill, elderly special needs (or just lonely!) folks of all ages. I have excellent references and very flexible schedule as I have just been given the go ahead to return to a busy schedule after major breast cancer surgery last summer. My children have left the nest and my husband travels frequently for work, so my calendar is open! I volunteer at nursing homes/hospices to provide pet (dog cat & horse) therapy for all ages. ~ Liz.
