Hi! I have a degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Science as well as some Graduate level credits toward a Master's degree in Science Education (applicable for k-12). Unfortunately, I had some unforeseen circumstances that caused me to withdraw from my Master's program and start my career outside of teaching. That being said, even though I'm unable to teach for my full-time job, I would love to tutor outside of work for anyone who needs it! I do have a North Carolina Teachers License that was issued before my career plans changed. My first educational love is science but I can help with any subject in elementary or middle grades. I can navigate the North Carolina Standard Course of Study with ease meaning I can identify exactly which standards your child is struggling with and plan targeted practice and lessons to strengthen their understanding.
