About Elizabeth

I have the utmost respect and admiration for the endeavor of bringing new life into this world. I cannot begin to fathom the rewarding difficulty of this path. I have called Santa Cruz my home for 7 years and have been doing childcare on and off for the past decade. I have been an after school nanny, worked at a yoga studio child care center and most recently been a biweekly babysitter for a toddler. I've always greatly enjoyed the time I get to spend with other people's kids. I can proudly say I've successfully taught toddlers to paint with water colors as well as learn new songs and dance moves. Safety is the first priority and after that is fun, learning and connection. In our technological age I value being able to help foster the enjoyment of the natural world. I work full time with plants and am looking for some babysitting gigs to supplement my finances and feed my spirit. I look forward to working with new families to provide respite for parents and radical fun for the kids.
