Elizabeth may be the most truly "professional" caregiver we've ever hired through Care.com. She is our first choice for weekday evenings and weekend needs. She is very fun and friendly, but also appropriately firm in her body language and tons of voice when needed. My small children respond very well to her both in terms of having fun, as well as staying on routine. She has never been late, and she has always left my home cleaner than when she arrived. She takes a lot of initiative regarding household tasks, and never interrupts my husband or me for non-emergent questions when we're away. She is incredibly competent and we're so blessed to have her on our list of options for evenings and weekends!
