Liz has been the nanny to our three children for over four years and has become an invaluable part of our family in that time. She has developed a strong, special bond with each of our children, caring for them like her own. She is a rare find in her field of childcare and I am thrilled to recommend Liz without reservation. Since joining our family, Liz has seen our twin boys grow from curious toddlers to active young boys, and our daughter mature into an early teen. She has shown my children such patience and love, helping them grow into kind, curious and responsible human beings. My children have thrived under her care. They absolutely love being with her. She understands their unique needs and shows up for them in the big and small everyday ways. She knows when they could use a laugh or when they need a hug or added reassurance. She truly “gets” them and loves them for who they are, which is the biggest gift as a parent. Throughout her tenure with us, Liz’s responsibilities have evolved with the children and family’s changing needs and schedules. Not only does she provide a safe and engaging environment for the children, but she also helps the kids with their homework and shuttles them to countless after-school activities. Liz has also been a tremendous support to us as working parents. She seamlessly manages the household, often running errands for our family, prepping meals, and staying on top of the (endless) laundry that comes with three children. I’m honestly not sure what we’ll do without her. She makes our lives so much easier (and better)! In addition to her caregiving responsibilities, Liz has earned my utmost trust and respect. She is a consummate professional in her field, going above and beyond in her role. What also strikes me about Liz is her ability to navigate challenges with grace, flexibility, and a sense of humor. I know my kids are in safe and loving hands with Liz, which is not something I say or take lightly as a mother of a child with severe food allergies. In conclusion, I enthusiastically recommend Liz for any nanny position. Your child/children will undoubtedly love her as much as mine do, and she will be a tremendous asset to your family.
