Responsibilities: Implement individualized programs based on the principles of ABA Collect data and document progress in client files Provide positive reinforcement to clients Monitor client progress and provide feedback to BCBAs Participate in team meetings as needed Participate in relevant training as required I have had experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and make decisions Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
