Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and kindhearted. She is very reliable and a good communicator. She always arrived early and was ready for her shift. She was already very familiar with Alzheimer’s and blindness and had a good sense of humor when dealing with the tough situations. She goes above and beyond, treating us like part of her family. She always does extra work to stay busy, cleaning the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors. She sends updates and photos throughout her shift so that I know mom is ok. She is thoughtful of my mom and gives her activities and calming tv shows to keep her calm and busy while I am away. She always goes through everything she did during her shift and any concerns she has. I will definitely use her services again!
