About Elizabeth

I'd describe my personality as caring, curious and dependable. I like working with kids because they stop to smell the roses! I babysat when I was younger and in college and then had two kids of my own. I'm also a kids (and adult) yoga and mindfulness instructor. In my spare time, I like to be in the or out in nature. I also love to watch stand up comedy, read books about psychology, health, and sleep, have dance parties with my kids (or by myself), and snuggle with my cat. One thing you should know about me is that I'm a professional pediatric and family sleep coach. I have a business, Little Dipper Sleep, and I do this coaching part time. I'm looking for babysitting and doula work to keep me busy when I'm not coaching or with my children. I am patient, I have a calm and regulated nervous system, and I am fun.
