Hi there! I'm Liz and I've been babysitting since I turned 13 and I signed up for a babysitting certification class which reviewed safety measures, CPR and first aid. Since then, I've been renewing my CPR cert every 2 years. If I combined all my babysitting gigs all together, I've probably babysat for about 4 years and have recently worked at a group home for kids with trauma and abuse history for 1 year. There the kids ranged by 3-13 and it required around the clock eye shot and ear-shot supervision and de-escalation techniques.
