We really liked Elizabeth. She only worked with us a few days, but did a fantastic job with our 3-month-old and was amazingly helpful around the house when James was napping. We would have loved to keep her longer, but we need someone who can help with overnight feedings, and she was looking for a long-term position, so it didn't quite work out... but we really appreciated her help!
