Elizabeth worked for me for several years starting when my son was only 3 months old until he was a couple of years old. She was super! To this day (my son is now 10) when he sees Elizabeth his eyes light up. He is too big now, but for many years in between she would come and visit and he would want to sit in her lap. She provided a safe and caring environment making him feel very comfortable. As an infant she held him and gave him that needed secure feeling. As he grew her patience and ability to interact with a developing infant was excellent. Elizabeth was always on time, she was always in positive mood and was an excellent care giver to my child, and to me, at a very important time. He was my first (and only) child and she was able to come in and handle things like a true professional. I did not know her when she applied for the role, and after interviewing several candidates she was the one I chose and I absolutely made the right choice. She was someone I could depend on and my son truly gained from - she was not just a sitter - during those earlier years children are learning how to bond and having someone who was responsible, dependable and knew how to manage an infant and young toddler with ease was tremendously critical and she did it extremely well. I most definitely recommend her. If she would watch a 10 yr old I'd still hire her! Fantastic care giver.
