About Elizabeth

I'm Elizabeth, and I'm passionate about fostering nurturing, supportive environments for kids. I graduated from the University of Virginia in 2022, and since then, I've had the privilege of teaching in classrooms around the world and managing local after-school programs. With extensive experience in both formal classroom settings and babysitting, I have a deep understanding of how to engage and care for children of all ages and backgrounds. I'm warm, friendly, reliable, and highly organized, which allows me to create a safe and welcoming environment for kids. I take great joy in helping kids develop their curiosity and creativity, whether through reading, crafting, working on homework, or playing together. My approach to working with children is all about attuning to their needs and interests. I strive to express interest in each child's unique personality, listen attentively, and encourage them in a way that makes them feel heard, seen, and valued.
