My experience in care giving began at age 12 with babysitting. By the time I was 13, I was staying weekends at my clients home, watching her then 3 and 5-year-old. At 14, I was dressing as Barney for children's birthday parties. As an adult, I went to school and earned my Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education as well as Massachusetts certifications as a Lead teacher for Infants, Toddlers and Preschoolers. I worked in the field for a few years before becoming a stay at home parent for my four children, now ages 20, 17, 15 and 10. While at home, I volunteered in the nursery at my church, at my children's school and am a current Assistant Leader with Girl Scouts. I would love to meet you to discuss your childcare needs. Liz was wonderful with our 2 year old. She did a fabulous job of bringing developmentally appropriate activities and books as well as following our toddler’s lead in play. He was thrilled to hear that she was coming back a few days later! This was a hectic time one for our family and Liz was flexible and easy going. She left the place cleaner than she found it, which was awesome. We’re excited to work with her again next time we’re in town.
