Hi there! I'm Liz. I'm originally from the Great Smoky Mountains in East Tennessee. I moved to Ohio back in February of this year. I currently work as the lead caregiver for a memory care unit. I am both CPR and first aid certified through the American Red Cross. I am an experienced in-home caregiver and I also have 11 years hospital experience as a patient care assistant. I am a fun-loving, down to earth, compassionate, and a hard-working individual. I have many hobbies including gardening, jewelry making, stone collecting, singing, traveling, hiking and so many more. I love to laugh and make others smile. Taking care of people, especially the elderly, is my passion. At my current job, I care for hospice, dementia, and Alzheimer's patients. I will be attending Kent State in the spring to finish up my bachelors in nursing. My goal is to specialize in alternative end of life care, and open my own practice.
