About Elizabeth

Since moving to OR in 2019, I have been providing in-home elder care. I love people of all ages and animals, and especially enjoy caring for and making life easier for older adults who wish to remain in their own homes. Blessed with a kind and caring heart, I possess a pleasant, patient and calm disposition. I am a mother of two grown children and now the proud grandmother of an active 7-year-old boy, who also lives here in Salem! I am extremely fit, active, cheerful, reliable, imaginative, resourceful, creative and compassionate. I am also a certified personal trainer specializing in senior fitness, a nutritionist and health coach, and I work with older adults in a balance and fall prevention program through NWSDS. I have taken many trainings on home safety, emergency preparedness, food safety, personal hygiene, cognitive decline, and CPR/First Aid. I have a valid OR drivers license and insurance, and an excellent driving record. I look forward to hearing from you!
