My name is Elizabeth. I'm 22, and I've spent the last four years as a full-time daycare teacher, part-time nanny, and part-time babysitter. Using the skills, techniques, and strategies from my experience, I am dedicated to providing every child with a safe and supportive environment. I strive to make learning fun, easy, and tailored to each child's own pace. I always ensure a balanced mix of creative fun and structured learning experiences. When it comes to communication, I LOVE IT! I even say I tend to over-communicate because I truly believe it is always better to share every detail than not enough. I ensure open verbal communication during drop-off and pickup, throughout the day, and even after hours when I am always available to answer questions.
