About Elizabeth

I am college educated, English speaking US citizen . I took an early retirement as a professional and have been caregiving independently since in my neighborhood of La Jolla/North PB. I have experience from helping with daily assistance for hospice patients to providing a few hours daily care, household needs, and companionship for elderly neighbors needing ADL help whose family is working outside the home during daytime hours, or for post surgical or illness care. Caring for my own mother after a dementia diagnosis exposed me to the need for fill-in care help and the lack of affordable options. I love caregiving and giving back and being able to help other families in need of help in the neighborhood.
