About Elizabeth

Hello! I'm a communications manager with a passion for engaging with the community and helping parents with their babysitting or household needs. I started caring for children in high school as a babysitter and vacation bible school camp counselor. In college, I babysat for two families and post college, I continue to care for children, with and without disabilities. The majority of my experience is with 3-6-year-olds, but I have also cared for infants and elementary aged children. I'm passionate about enriching activities that are hands on as well as spending time outdoors. I'm a pet lover and frequently take care of pets for my friends/neighbors when they're on vacation. I have a cat and work as a personal care assistant for a family with a dog, that I care for regularly. For 20yrs, my family fostered cats/kittens for a local animal shelter so I have experience with sick, feral and nervous cats. I'm comfortable taking care of dogs, cats and small animals (rabbits and Guinea pigs).
