I'm an experienced childcare provider with a compassionate heart, strong communication skills, and a deep commitment to supporting families. I'm pursuing a grad degree in Mental Health Counseling at USM, specializing in parent mental health. Alongside my studies, I work as a parent educator and sleep consultant, prioritizing parental well-being. From 2016 to 2020, I worked FT as a nanny and infant development specialist, supporting families with newborns under 4 months old at star. Each role lasted about a year, and I focused on sleep, feeding, communication, and development. For the past six years, I've provided sleep consulting and parent education through my company, The New Parent Mentor. As I transition through grad school, I'd love to offer babysitting for babies 0 to 6 months, blending postpartum doula care with infant nannying. Ideal for parents on leave or those needing a caregiver they fully trust. I also offer coaching on sleep and development.

Elizabeth truly has a heart of gold and loves kids! In addition to her extensive experience she has watched my 2 year old son on multiple occasions and he always is happy to see her. Elizabeth also cares about serving the community. At High Point University she was resident assistant for her dormitory, and involved with multiple organizations including the service organization Civitan International where she served on the board of our campus club (once as President) almost her entire 4 years at HPU! I have provided references for her before and I'm glad to again.
