About Elizabeth

I am 24 years old and grew up in Westlake Village, CA. I come from a wonderful family of three children, a twin sister, and a younger brother age 15. I started helping my mom care for my brother at a young age. By the time I was 6 years old, I was a professional at changing diapers. As I got older, I often babysat other children in our neighborhood. I learned how to entertain, cook, clean, and be a dependable, safe, and responsible babysitter. At the age of 16, I started my long-term babysitting job with a family. When I began, their son was 12 months, and the other was 4. I would drive over to their grandmother's house after school and care for them until their parents returned from work. As the children got older and I gained more trust and responsibility, we made outings to the park and to local libraries. Now five years later, they have become my little sisters, and their mom, my best friend. I have learned so much in these past five years, and no babysitting endeavor is too much for me. I enjoyed every minute I was with them, and cannot wait to get to know a new family. I love all animals, as I have grown up with pets ranging from geckos to dogs to rats. I am a very active person and love to get out and play tag, soccer and hide and seek. Over the years, I have become very skilled at Barbies, cars, and house to name a few. I am a very organized and responsible person and will follow the rules and guidelines set by the family. Although fun and games are important, I know all children need limits and gentle discipline when appropriate.
