Hi, my name is Elizabeth and I am a rising sophomore at Tulane University earning a degree in Environmental Studies and a degree in Political Economy! For the past three years I have worked with the National Sports Center for the Disabled teaching those with disabilities to ski in the winter and to sail in the summer. I have worked with children and adults with many differing abilities, and was the head of an Adaptive Sailing program in Colorado. I have been certified in CPR and First Aid training for the past five years, with my last recertification being completed last June. Additionally I have my Adaptive Sailing certification from US sailing. I am very passionate about teaching children, getting them outdoors, creating adaptive opportunities where possible and creating a positive environment in which they can thrive!
