About Elissa

I'd describe my personality as Charismatic, Outgoing, and Personable. I like working with kids because I am the oldest of 4 children. I am very easy going and love to have fun, and I am always up for new adventures. I am looking for a family to work with that trusts me to care for their children & keep them happy. I started working with kids outside my family in Summer 2018. I have been babysitting off & on for different families since I was 14 years old. I have 5+ years of experience working with all different ages. In my spare time, I like to read books, go for walks, & exercise. While there may be days I feel lazier, I will watch a nice show/movie. I love the summer time, so I always find a way to get outside somehow. One thing you should know about me is I can cook, but I am not extremely experienced. I will make sure the kids eat the foods they enjoy/want. A few of my skills include listening & communication, problem-solving, and compassion and empathy skills.
