About Elissa

I am Elissa-a graduate student pursuing a master's in Applied Behavior Analysis with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorder. I also have over 10 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in skilled nursing, home care, and hospice settings. These roles have shaped my understanding of supporting individuals, especially those with neurodevelopmental disabilities, and the importance of having a perspective of unconditional positive regard and patience. I am a compassionate individual with a calming presence, skilled at building meaningful connections with individuals with psychological or neurodevelopmental differences. While I prefer housekeeping roles, I value my unique expertise in skilled nursing and behavioral health.
