I graduated from UW-Eau Claire with Elementary/Middle School education, and have many years of experience working with toddlers and preschool age children as well in various settings. I have nannied for two separate families and am still close with both. Since 2018, I have been working as a lead teacher at McDonnell Early Childhood Center and UWEC - Children's Nature Academy. Our first child recently arrived, and now I am looking for part-time work to spend more time with my little family. I have a great passion for working with children with ample training in child development and infant/toddler mental health. I hope to have a positive impact on your family as well! Elise is one in a million, and I can’t say enough AMAZING things about her!!!!! Elise just has a way with kids – not only does she encourage fun, creativity, and doing lots of activities both in and outdoors, but she does so in a way that engages kids, gives them structure, but also helps them grow. She is a wonderful communicator, 1000% reliable & incredibly patient & empathetic. I trust her implicitly with my kids & their safety. The next family will be so lucky to have her!
