About Elise

I'm an experienced babysitter who discovered my passion for childcare through previous babysitting roles. This led me to pursue some college-level education in Early Childhood Education to enhance my skills (Childhood Behavior and Development Course at KU). Caring for children is a rewarding experience and I'm dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for them to learn and grow. Watching and taking care of my baby sister allowed me to grow a love for kids! I consider myself very calm and patient, and I especially enjoy connecting with kids through creative outlets (I love art). I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day, using their preferred method of contact. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I'm very flexible with times as I'm a bit of a night owl and always looking to help!
