Elise is an amazing caretaker. She nannied for my four children for almost two years. Our kids were 7, 5, and 18 months when she started. While she worked for us, she watched our older three overnight so my husband could be at the hospital with me for the birth of our fourth. Elise is very dependable and nurturing. She treated our children as if they were her own in all the appropriate ways. She was stern with them, refused to spoil them and was consistent with age appropriate consequences. Elise communicated consistently with us about the challenges with our kids as well as what they were doing well. She would encourage them to complete their chores cheerfully. Elise was always eager to get the kids outside for walks, outings to the park and even to a farm of one of her family members so the kids could see the animals. Elise does a great job ensuring your child’s individual needs are met. I couldn’t recommend her enough. We are still in touch with Elise and love her.
