About Elise

I am a 4th year medical student at MSU College of Human Medicine. I have completed my coursework and clinical requirements and am looking to apply my passion for working with children and families while I wait to begin my residency in combined Internal Medicine/Pediatrics this June! I would love to offer my services to families in the Grand Rapids area. I have served as a nanny and babysitter for many families over the past 10 years, caring for kids ranging in age from babies to preschool to elementary age students. I care about understanding the values and unique needs of each family. My goal is to serve as an attentive, compassionate, gentle, and fun presence for children. I am comfortable caring for multiple children at a time and am willing to assist with transportation, cooking, or other errands as needed. I have completed CPR/First Aid training, and my medical background makes me both knowledgeable about-and very attentive to-the safety of children in my care.
