Hello, my name is Elise. My parents started fostering babies, ages 2 days to 2 years, when I was 14 years old. I helped a lot in caring for them: bottle feeding, burping, soothing, changing diapers, etc. We did that for 4 years. Then I started a summer job at a daycare. I liked working at the daycare so much I started there full time. I was a floater there for 2 years, so have experience with 6-week-olds to 5-year-olds, cleaning, and learning when teachers needed help. I also learned minimal ASL to communicate with nonverbal children. Due to life changes and location, I am looking for a new position.
