Elisa cares for our toddler son on occasion. Elisa is professional and communicates promptly, for scheduling and throughout the baby sitting period. She has great energy and attention to our sons needs. What we really like about Elisa is that she is focused on the job. She also adopts and implements our attachment parenting style. When she is baby sitting during a meal period, she tidies up and places dishes in the dish washer (thank you!). The table and floor is always clean too. She also does bedtime routine specifically to our asks and son's needs as we co-sleep. I would highly recommend Elisa if you needed a carer for your child.
