Hi! I'm Ellie! I'm 23 & I've babysat and nannied on and off for 8. 5 years! I'm passionate about supporting families and making a real difference in the lives of children. My patient and calm demeanor, combined with my bubbly personality, allows me to instantly connect with kids and build strong relationships with them! I have experience caring for children of various ages, from newborns to preteens, and I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day, either verbally at pickup or via text or phone call, whichever the parents prefer. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I always follow the parents' lead and ensure consistency in their child's routine. I love engaging children in fun and educational activities, such as coloring, playing with barbies, doing crafts, and reading books. I'm also happy to take them outside for some fresh air and exercise.
