About Eliot

My name is Eliot and I am a career nanny with over a dozen years of experience (10 years in NYC), including multiples and children with special needs. I have nannied children of all ages ranging from day-old newborns to high-schoolers. I have my bachelors in developmental psychology and lead with evidence based practices, namely an authoritative approach. I am a very active and energetic person and I love spending time outdoors and organizing enriching activities with my nanny kids (crafts, music classes, library trips, nature walks, beach trips, etc.). I am a firm advocate of and for children and above all else I aim to protect the emotional, mental, and physical safety of the children in my care. I cherish the opportunity to be a safe space for children to grow and learn in their big, new world.
