Hey I'm Elicia! I love hiking, music, and crocheting. I'm currently a RBT (registered behavior technician) helping kids with autism learn gross motor skills, potty training, and ways to cope with big emotions. Im a part time nanny to three little girls that I've been taking care of since the youngest, now 2, was 6 weeks old. Before I was an RBT, I worked in a daycare taking care of all ages. I grew up in a family that has fostered since I was 12 and fell in love with taking care of kids. Growing up in a foster family I helped take care of kids with autism, ODD, OCD, ADHD and other developmental, emotional and social behaviors. Ive learned trust based relationship intervention (TBRI) techniques as well as other state sanctioned behavior modifications. I feel like I've been called to work with kids, helping them grow and build social skills.
