Eliana has been great so far (about 3 weeks in) taking care of our 11 month old 3 days a week in the mornings. He took to her right away - no tears! She always gives a report about what they did together and any changes to his schedule (like not having his entire bottle). We look forward to having her as a dependable helper in the long term!
