Very communicative, came on time and asked me for instructions and a to do list. I am very new at this so she guided me on how to prioritize the list to clean my home and organized it in the efficient manner … I finished work and looked at my home feeling more organized . She helped organize my many towels and my missing socks and everything and my son’s and husband’s clothes so when I was done with work, my mind was more at ease. She also did great job with cleaning the bathroom. She even helped me break loose one of the bottles attached to my handheld mop that was connected to it. She didn’t have to do that. She could’ve just poured the cleaning solution out from another bottle and poured on to floor to mop as I had mentioned to her, but she decided to pry open the attached bottle to the mop pump.
