Hello! My name is Elena! I have been working with several families and kids over the past 10 years who have experienced any disabilities, for example Down syndrome, autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, blind and deaf, wheelchair bound, etc. My core values are using integrity, kindness, and respect no matter what the situation is. I always make sure the people I work with always feel respected and cared after. I always make sure that I am able to communicate well with myself and the families to make it a smooth journey and transition for everyone! I also have volunteered and worked as a special education teacher for two years now and it is my number one passion! My colleagues and coworkers describe me as a ball of sunshine and someone that is always respectful and kindhearted.
