About Elena

In Summer of 2023 I worked for a couple their late eighties and early nineties. I prepared meals, did simple housework, gave sponge baths, assisted with physical therapy, tracked vitals, and drove them to appointments. I've also had several years of experience assisting two of my great-grandmas, both of whom had dementia. I'm very comfortable in the kitchen, love animals, and am up for any task that needs doing. I play the piano, sing, and play some guitar; I've played music at several different nursing homes on a number of occasions over the years. Between grandparents, people at my church, and nursing home/assisted living residents, I've had a lot of interactions with senior citizens and love being able to assist and honor the older generation by helping to care for them.
