Elena has been with us for almost 18 months and we'd keep her if she was staying in Atlanta. She has helped with our two boys (now 3 and 5) by picking them up from school and overseeing some chores and playtime while making dinner and cleaning up, plus laundry, errands, and babysitting. She's mature, reliable, a wonderful cook, and always has creative suggestions and ideas for building responsibility, independence, and getting the best from both kids. She has a responsible parental instinct and we trust her implicitly. She's become a part of the family and we will miss her!
