I value open communication and a good relationship with families. I am very easygoing and like to have fun, while also having boundaries. I provide non-judgmental childcare and adapt to family's individual needs. I encourage kindness and support children through their struggles and successes! - 8 years of childcare experience caring for infant - 16 yo, reliable transportation, and I am comfortable providing sick care, overnights and weekends. - Extensive experience caring for multiples.
