About Elena

Hello! My name is Elena and i'm currently an undergraduate student at the University of Iowa. I'm looking for a position as a summer nanny. I have experience in babysitting children with a wide range of ages. I've taken several teaching courses, one of which included assisting and teaching at my local middle school. I am a patient and creative individual who enjoys engaging in a variety of activities with children. I love to encourage kids to be active outdoors. I believe in open communication with parents and will happily provide regular updates on your child's day and any issues that may arise. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules and helping out with tasks like cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I am CPR certified and willing to get First Aid certified if that adds comfortability. I am comfortable caring for up to two children between the ages of 4-12.
