Elena is absolutely fantastic! She is communicative and punctual as well as flexible. She got along wonderfully with our little one, developing a wonderful rapport and teaching him new things. She jumps right in and handles the entire situation, going above my expectations. She handles naps, meals, diapers, cleaning, playing, singing, dancing, games. Would definitely hire again.
