Hello family! I live with my husband of 30 years, I am the mom of 5 children, 4 biological and my youngest daughter was adopted as a newborn. They are 27, 26, 24, 22 and almost 17. Now that I have only one teen left at home and all my big kids have moved away, the empty nest syndrome hit pretty hard. I have found myself really missing being around little ones and all the beautiful chaos of a full and noisy house. Although I don't have "paid" childcare experience, I have 27 years of parental experience as a full time stay at home mom and also the mom of an autistic son who is now an adult. I have had CPR and first aid training many times but it does need to be updated. There's not much I can't handle, I have juggled a home and five little ones for a very long time. I can assist in any pet care and am more than happy to assist in light housework. I look forward to working with your family and I appreciate your consideration!
