I have over 15 years of experience in social service fields including working with individuals of all ages with development disabilities with an emphasis on overall wellness, teaching and behavior coaching. I have a bachelor's degree in elementary education and a master's in educational psychology. I have current first aid, CPR and crisis management training. I have two teenage children of my own and am a special needs parent. I currently manage a respite program for children with special needs so I'm not available full time, but would love to help on the weekends if you hire multiple staff.
